The Two-Colour Table is delivered flat-packed and requires simple assembly. The tables come with height adjustable gliders to handle any uneven floors.
Materials/Construction
Frame and Legs - Powder coated steel tube frame and legs with a high gloss '90' finish. Round tables with square support. Rectangular tables with rectangular support with centered cross bar. Integrated screw-in adjustable glider in plastic. Adjustable up to 12 mm.
Tabletop - 30 mm Valchromat, an organic coloured, UV resistant, MDF-type material treated with a water-based lacquer, including a small amount of colour pigment. Visible wood fibres. Made from FSC-certified wood and other controlled materials.
The material consists of natural wood fibres that give each table top a unique expression. The organic dyeing process means the fibres and colours vary slightly from batch to batch. Minor differences in the surface are a natural part of the material and may occur.
Valchromat is an environmentally friendly material made from pulped offcuts and leftover branches from the forest floor, it is also 30% stronger than MDF. The actual wood fibres in the material are dyed-thru, so the colour is present throughout the entire thickness of the tabletop. This makes the material particularly robust as it cannot be chipped off in the same way as a surface only material.
