Lovely product, customer service not so great. Wait time was not made clear, and when updates were asked for responses were defensive at best and rude at worst.

Looking at your order details the total expected time from order to delivery was estimated to be 5-9 weeks. Your stools were delivered exactly 8 weeks after your order was placed. So it was at the longer end of the scale, but not an unexpected time or delay. The only time we are given by manufacturers is a production time which HAY was within on your order. We understand your frustrations that the importation can take up to 4 weeks and is un-trackable, but this is the way it is for this brand and product. It is not within our gift to provide delivery updates and estimates, as they are not given to us.
This for a String 'Metal Shelf' - is nice, integrates well with white wooden shelves and when installed in white floor side panels. Most importantly, has not bent after installing an older ( heavy ) iMac computer on it - great !
This little lamp can really go anywhere. It’s a cosy, comforting night light by your bed or the perfect bathroom lamp to induce calm and tranquility during a long soak in the bath tub, it would also be perfect to bring warmth and atmosphere to any outside space. So versatile and such an unusual design reminding me of a Japanese pagoda. I might just have to buy another!
They look fantastic, the quality is immediately visible, and the shelves were easy to assemble. Haven’t seen many shelving units with fittings engineered this well.
It seems very rare to get a slim, tall and open shelving unit that isn’t laddered (where the shelves decrease in size the further up you go) or isn’t excessively tall where the top shelf is difficult to use. They feel sturdy even without using the included wall bracket. Very versatile, and a timeless design.
I was captivated by this beautiful Mariposa butterfly chair while leafing through the pages of a magazine. I expected something exotic that you could not find in this country, but to my wonder, it was available at Really Well Made. I tried it, and believe me, it is something else; you get a cosy and comfortable position for reading or just relaxing, and the worries of your day go away... an absolute masterpiece.

The advise i revieved when buying this was exceptional, i was warned it was not specifically for my chair type. But decided to take the gamble, which paid off - it looks amazing and has exceeded my expectations. Fantastic business (RWM) will be using them again and again.

Ordered this when it was on offer and what a beauty it is. I'm using it for work/stationery purposes - bringing both tidiness and style to the study. This is really well crafted, with great attention to detail, but good looking enough so it can be left out on display.
As the name suggests, the bench is very light but feels solid and sturdy despite this. It’s a beautiful looking item that I look forward to having for many years to come.

This is indeed really well made. It collapses flat and clicks securely into place when you need to turn it into a crate. I've put this in my car and I'm not sure how I coped without this before - it is a very useful size. I will definitely be looking out for this in future in any forthcoming sale events, but it's still a good deal at full price. The fact that these can also be stacked makes them useful for using around the house to stow away a good amount of clutter.
Bought this for a present, which was well received. Very useful for helping an untidy partner organise his clutter.
Wonderful lamps, particularly at night when the detailing at the top is lit up from the bulb beneath.
Since my first review, I have decided to keep this myself. It has allowed me to store stuff that was previously not immediately accessible. I can see everything set out in this caddy and it looks neat and tidy. Robust, functional, made from recycled materials and pleasing to look at. What more could you want?
I grabbed a range of colours of the medium crates (plus wheels!) and I will definitely be buying more! They're a little addictive - I just wanna use them for everything 🤣 And great quality too 👏
These are great-looking, super comfy stools - my bottom loves them, the height is perfect, my feet sit comfortably on the steel footrests, all in all a wonderfully designed and made product. They look amazing in my kitchen and were well worth the slightly lengthy wait for delivery. The delivery service was also perfect by the way...
We received our sofa this week - and we are so happy! It’s beautiful, elegant and cosy all at once - I can’t stop looking at it! The experience was seamless and the team helped me chose from the samples in person - the resta came super easy.
