독일에서 태어난 Philipp Mainzer는 Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design에서 제품 디자인을, 런던에 있는 Architectural Association에서 건축을 공부했습니다. 1995년 Philipp Mainzer는 현대 가구 브랜드 e15를 공동 창립했습니다. e15의 진보적이고 지속적인 철학과 독특한 브랜딩을 확립한 그는 e15의 아이콘이자 박물관의 여러 상설 전시의 일부인 그의 디자인으로 국제적인 상을 받았습니다.
