The Pivoting Table Lamp is a versatile lighting piece that offers a soft ambient glow and can be easily repositioned to direct the light where needed. Constructed from four steel sheets, three are bent into interlocking U shapes and fixed at the centre, forming the core of the structure. The fourth sheet is placed at the top and pivots on a central pin, functioning as a light deflector that can be easily repositioned to redirect the glow.
The lamp’s sculptural silhouette changes depending on how the top sheet is angled. Whether tilted upward, downward or laid flat, the simple gesture transforms both the light and the visual balance of the piece. The base can also be rotated, allowing the direction of the light and the overall shape to be adjusted with ease. The open base allows the cord to pass through neatly without disrupting the look.
