Designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1978, the Frisbi transforms a simple disc into an ingenious lighting design. Suspended by nearly invisible steel wires, the diffuser appears to float in space, combining direct downward light with softly reflected and diffused illumination.
Featuring an injection-moulded opaline PMMA diffuser suspended by three fine steel cables, the Frisbi is complemented by a polished nickel-plated reflector with a gloss white interior, while an injection-moulded ABS ceiling fitting and ceiling rose complete the clean, understated design. Supplied with a 270 cm cable, the suspension length can be adjusted to suit a variety of ceiling heights.
Whether suspended above a dining table, kitchen island or in a hallway, the Frisbi brings soft, balanced light and timeless design to any interior.
