Created by Norwegian designer Andreas Bergsaker, the HAY Chisel collection has now expanded to include dining chairs, stools, bar stools and dining tables, creating a timeless family of wooden furniture with a distinctly contemporary look. Named after the classic carpentry tool, Chisel was created from a desire to design solid wooden furniture with a distinctive silhouette that would stand the test of time.

Crafted in oak veneer with oak end sections, the table features a rectangular tabletop supported by four angled legs positioned at each corner, with characteristically bevelled edges that subtly reference the carpentry tool behind its name. Designed with careful consideration for craftsmanship and structure, the table balances a distinctive silhouette with a clean, understated expression.

Available in different wood finishes and a range of sizes, the table’s versatile design makes it suitable for a variety of settings, from spacious dining areas and kitchens to offices, meeting rooms and other public spaces. An extendable version is also available.
