Voronoi II is Tala's signature product, inspired by nature: The form of the glass represents the undulations and spaces in a forest canopy, while the singular spiral LED filament, mimics the Fibonacci sequence seen in pine cones and ferns.
Tala's LED bulbs are as beautiful as they are functional, combining contemporary design with innovative technology. The Voronoi II - 3 Watt LED bulb is a large scale blown-glass organic shape with a subtle warm tint. With its E27 fitting the bulb is perfectly matched with the Oak Knuckle Pendant or Walnut Knuckle Pendants, also by Tala. Each bulb is sold with protective gift packaging.
Performance LED chips mounted onto columns of sapphire substrate enable the bulb to mimic the decorative look of the classic Edison while providing the technical and energy saving performance of a modern LED. The Voronoi 3 Watt emits 120 lumens of brightness with a very warm 2200 kelvin light tone (a similar tone as a traditional incandescent bulb). Voronoi is rated as an A++ product with an energy output up to 90% more efficient than an incandescent bulb. The product is expected to last 20,000 hours or 8 - 10 years with normal usage.
Tala is an innovative British company with a focus on conservation through beauty. For every 200 bulbs sold the brand pledges to plant 10 trees. The trees offset emissions from originally producing the bulbs, making Tala's products truly carbon negative. By replacing a single incandescent bulb with a Tala bulb you will save one tonne of CO2 from entering the atmosphere over the course of the bulbs life.
