The Museum Shelf is designed by TAF Architects for String. It is a compact oval display niche that has a myriad of potential uses: Use it in your hallway for your keys and daily essentials, the living room to exhibit your most treasured possessions, or perhaps next to the bed as a minimal bedside table.
The shelf was originally designed for the Swedish National Museum where it holds works of art in the museum’s café and restaurant for the visitors to view.
Museum shelf is constructed from solid cast aluminium, and finished with a matt powder coated paint in a variety of colours to match other String components. It affixes to the wall with ease and includes all necessary fixings.
