Designed by Anderssen & Voll, the Muuto Outline Soft series is a softer, more relaxed interpretation of the original Outline design. It retains the series’ strong, clean silhouette while introducing spacious cushions and subtle fabric folds for enveloping comfort and a more casual, inviting character.
Constructed with a wooden frame, the sofa features generously cushioned seats and backs filled with PU foam and shredded foam from production off-cuts, finished with a soft wadding layer for a plush, comfortable feel. The powder-coated or polished aluminium base contains a minimum of 90% recycled die-cast aluminium. Slender legs and an open base keep the overall expression light and airy, while also making it easier to clean underneath. Matching loose Cushions are available separately for extra comfort and support. Two armrest cushions are included in the price of the sofa.
Offered in a range of selected upholstery fabrics and leathers, the Outline Soft Sofa comes in a choice of sizes to suit both compact and larger living spaces, with a 1-seater chair also available. Its generous proportions and softer cushioning make it well suited to everyday lounging, while the refined frame and slim base retain the minimal, architectural character of the wider Outline collection.

Materials/Construction
Frame - FSC-certified wood.
Seat and back cushions - PU foam and shredded foam made from repurposed production off-cuts, finished with a wadding layer.

Base - Powder-coated or polished aluminium, made using a minimum of 90% recycled die-cast aluminium. The recycled content is sourced from a mix of post-industrial and post-consumer waste.

Fabrics are grouped by number 1-4; the higher the number the greater the cost. Please get in touch for a bespoke quote if you would like a fabric listed here which isn't available to buy online.
