The Ferm Living Muru High Chair is designed to grow with your child from infancy through the toddler years, offering a thoughtful and adaptable seating solution. Its name, Muru, comes from the Finnish word meaning “crumb,” also used as a term of endearment meaning “sweetheart,” reflecting its warm character and soft organic lines.
Made from solid oak for the seat and frame, with an oak veneer backrest, it offers durability and stability for everyday use. Gently curved details and long, tapered legs create a balanced and welcoming presence, supporting a comfortable and secure seating position for your child. The footrest can be positioned at different heights as your little one child grows, allowing for a more comfortable seat over time. Interchangeable front elements, including a tray or safety bar, offer flexibility across different stages of use. The removable front bar allows the chair to shift from a supportive early seat to a more open chair for your child's needs.
An optional seat cushion adds extra comfort, creating a softer and more relaxed seat. It can be easily removed for cleaning, making it a practical addition. The cushion is made from 100% organic cotton with a water-based coating and filled with recycled polyester padding.
