The AAC 53 Soft Chair offers functional simplicity and modern aesthetics in a timeless chair design. Retaining the same curved shell and unified silhouette that characterises the entire AAC series, the design features a five-legged castor base with a semi-automatic gas lift that can adjust the seat height from 42 to 56 cm. 

TheAAC 52 Soft chair's caster base and generous dimension with soft quilted upholstered seat offer ultimate comfort and convenience while you work or study and is easily moveable thanks to the sturdy castor base. The 'Soft' range of HAY AAC chairs features gathered/pleated upholstery on the backrest. This aesthetic feature gives the chair more domestic appeal and helps it complement a home setting.

The swivel base is available in three finishes and the quilted shell is offered in a variety of upholstery options, providing a multitude of design combinations that give this series versatility in a wide range of home, corporate and public contexts.
