'Got Your Ass Some More Flowers' is beautifully illustrated by BD Graft using oil pastel, acrylic and paper collage which is then printed on heavy uncoated stock using vegetable based inks . Brian de Graft, better known by the name BD Graft, is a German visual artist living and working in Amsterdam. Graft's light, graphic style recalls Matisse's cutouts mixed with Bauhaus-era design and Pop Art levity. Both foliage and fruit play a central role in Graft's illustrations, as does colour. Plants in vases, collages and paintings of gestural foliage emerging from boldly hued vessels emphasises the artist's playful side.
The cards are sold individually and are sent packaged in a jiffy bag with a card sheet to prevent bending in transit. Each card measures 13 cm x 19 cm and is paired with a corresponding grey envelope.
